La juste mesure

La juste mesure is an interactive tool developed for the Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec (FTQ) to help organizations assess their equity, diversity and inclusion practices, and move from awareness to action.

A structured online questionnaire guides users through a series of EDI-related issues, then generates personalized results along with concrete action steps. An integrated glossary helps users familiarize themselves with key concepts, while a resources section enriches the experience for those who want to go further.
